More Phux
Design
We produce stitched badges according to your wishes and ideas: send us your artwork as a vector file in .eps or .cdr format, or just provide us with any digital template – we will create the appropriate file format for a small fee. Colors should in Pantone, RAL or CMYK mode if possible. If your template contains very small or complicated patterns or gradients, we offer as an alternative sublimation printed patches (examples can be found in our portfolio section).
Sizes and shapes
We produce patches in any size and external shape: square, rectangular, round or any custom shape – please let us know your requirements and provide us the format as accurate as possible (fonts should be at least 5 mm high, so that the program can be done precisely). In order to protect the edges from fraying, we produce all patches with merrowed edges. On request and for a small fee, the embroidered patches will be provided with a special coating on the back side, ready to be ironed on most fabrics.
Samples
After placing the order, we can produce a sample for you and provide you with a picture of it. As soon as you approve the sample, your order will go into production.
